Starting Material

Requirements – Quantity
Samples must be eluted in 10 mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5–8.5 (without EDTA) or ultrapure nuclease-free water.

Required Containers and Sample Identification
Samples submitted in plates that do not meet the requirements will be transferred to an accepted plate format to allow processing. Additional fees will apply.
The name written on the plate must be unique, legible, short, and identical to the one indicated on the submission form.
Samples can be arranged by row or by column. Identification must be written on one side of the plate, not on the seal, to avoid any delay in processing the request.

Transmission of Results
An automated message from Nanuq is sent to the Principal Investigator (PI) and project contacts as soon as the samples are received, and again at each step of the library preparation process.
Another notification from Nanuq will be sent once sequencing data is available.
Sequencing results are directly accessible via the Nanuq web application.
