A user account and an official quote (except for Sanger and PlasmiQ services) are required. To obtain an account and\/or a quote, contact the <a href=\"https:\/\/genomequebec.com\/en\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Client Management Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lab work will only begin once all documentation has been submitted. Click &#8220;Add New Request&#8221; in the &#8220;Requests&#8221; section and follow the instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Use the page options in the left-hand menu to navigate through the form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click \u201cNext\u201d to move to the next page of the request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The information can be saved at any time by clicking \u201cSave and continue later.\u201d Drafts can be accessed via the \u2018Requests\u2019 option in the \u201cRequests\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The request remains a draft until it is submitted.
