samples must be accompanied by the waybill obtained during the online submission in <a href=\"https:\/\/ces.genomequebec.com\/nanuqAdministration\/j_security_check?service=https%3A%2F%2Fces.genomequebec.com%2FnanuqAdministration%2Fnanuq-administration%2FwelcomeHome.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nanuq<\/a>. This document, equipped with a barcode, allows samples to be tracked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After submitting the samples, go to the &#8220;Sample Submission&#8221; tab, select the sample submission(s) associated with the shipment to be prepared, then click &#8220;Print Waybill\u201d. By default, two copies are printed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">One copy of the waybill must be placed inside the box with the sample<\/span>. Ensure the copy remains dry by placing it in a zip-lock plastic bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The other copy must be clearly visible on the outside of the package for mailed shipments<\/span>. The container must remain closed throughout transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Protect samples from impact. Plates or tubes must be placed in a sturdy container that can withstand transport<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0ef6e1f6f2fef13cccd5ac0c66e909dc\" id=\"Shipping-temperature\"><strong>Shipping temperature<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any material to be shipped frozen must be placed on dry ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The package must contain enough dry ice to keep the samples frozen until arrival at the laboratory.
