Mr. Bergeron will be taking over from Claude Lamarre, who is retiring after thirteen years of service.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Bergeron has served as Director, Financial Information for G\u00e9nome Qu\u00e9bec since May 2017.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Recognized for his professionalism and ability to obtain tangible results within restricted deadlines, Mr. Bergeron is a unifying leader with the ability to listen to others. He is also known for the superior quality of his work, his sense of initiative and his integrity.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Default\">A seasoned financial manager, Mr. Bergeron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from HEC and has earned several national and international certifications. He has twenty years of experience in the strategic management of financial services and ten years as assistant comptroller and in other accounting roles within major international organizations.
