{"id":16743,"date":"2018-07-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-07-12T04:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/genomequebec.com\/actualites-et-publications\/fifteen-high-school-students-explore-the-wonders-of-genomics\/"},"modified":"2018-07-12T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2018-07-12T04:00:00","slug":"fifteen-high-school-students-explore-the-wonders-of-genomics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genomequebec.com\/en\/news-and-publications\/fifteen-high-school-students-explore-the-wonders-of-genomics\/","title":{"rendered":"Fifteen high-school students explore the wonders of genomics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The McGill University and G\u00e9nome Qu\u00e9bec Innovation Centre received today enthusiastic Secondary 3 and 4 students as part of a career discovery week in Life Sciences and Health Technologies (LFHT) organized by <a href=\"https:\/\/montrealreleve.ca\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montr\u00e9al Rel\u00e8ve<\/a>, in collaboration with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.montreal-invivo.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Montr\u00e9al InVivo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>All through the day, participants explored the mysteries of the infinitely small by visiting the sequencing and genotyping labs.
