The second team is led by Claude Robert of\u00a0<\/span><span>Universit\u00e9 Laval with Brian\u00a0Sullivan of the Canadian Centre for Swine Improvement Inc., Marquis\u00a0Roy of\u00a0<\/span><span>Olymel S.E.C.\/L.P. and Claude\u00a0Vielfaure of HyLife\u00a0Ltd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cOnce again, Qu\u00e9bec has emerged as a leader with promising projects in a range of sectors. This variety illustrates the cross-sectoral nature of genomics, a disruptive technology that is transforming everything from human health and agrifood to natural resources and the environment. The growing capacity of genomics to meet social and industry needs is proof of its key contribution to Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s economy.
