<\/strong>Canadian Data Integration Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Canadian Data Integration Centre offers \u201csoup to nuts\u201d bioinformatics support by collecting, harmonizing, analyzing and electronically publishing data to assist researchers in understanding the causes, prevention and treatment of human diseases.<\/p>\n

Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics

The Canadian Centre for Computational Genomics will facilitate access to bioinformatics and computing resources for researchers in the life sciences, helping them realize the potential of genomic research.<\/p>\n

Established in 2002, the McGill University and G\u00e9nome Qu\u00e9bec Innovation Centre is world-renowned for its expertise in complex diseases such as cardiac disease. It is building on its expertise by developing epigenomic applications to better understand human disease.<\/p>\n

Centre for Advanced Proteomic Analyses

The Centre for Advanced Proteomic Analyses is a multi-disciplinary facility that provides state-of-the-art proteomics technologies to support the development of immunotherapies to fight cancer and the discovery of cellular regulatory mechanisms based on protein interactions and post-translational modifications.<\/p>\n
