Genome Canada, in partnership with the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), is seeking proposals for large-scale research projects that will demonstrate how genomics-based research can contribute to a more evidence-based approach to health and, thereby, improve health outcomes, and\/or enhance the cost effectiveness of the healthcare system.<\/p>\n
Applicants must demonstrate how their proposal holds potential for attaining concrete deliverables by the end of the funding period that will be positioned for translation into valuable clinical tools or improved healthcare policies and practices.<\/p>\n
