Fondation GO announces the launch of its 2013 scholarships and grants program dedicated to hereditary orphan diseases research.

Founded in 2008 by Pierre Lavoie and Germain Thibault within the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie,  the Fondation GO has a dual mission: promoting projects aimed at the adoption of healthy lifestyles for Québec’s youth and supporting research on hereditary orphan diseases.

Six post-graduate scholarships of $7,500 at the Master level, six scholarships of $10,000 at the Doctorate level and eight research grants of $25,000 will be awarded for projects on hereditary orphan diseases.

Deadline for submission of proposal at the Fondation Go: April 26th 2013
