A Web application exclusive to Génome Québec!
Nanuq is a Web application designed to provide secure access to all the scientific data produced by Génome Québec. The application is used internally by laboratory technicians to record their work, and by external users to obtain electronic access to their data. The application was developed in 2003 by Génome Québec’s IT team and is constantly evolving.
Nanuq is fully configurable. It can therefore be installed in other centers or laboratories. It is also possible to install only certain components, such as administration for account management and LIMS for sample tracking.
